Prepare your documentation

To facilitate the account opening process, we provide you with a list of required documents. You can refer to the documentation below to prepare your dossier in advance. Our team is also available to accompany you and answer any questions you may have.

Visit the branch and meet your dedicated account manager

Once you have a complete dossier, schedule an appointment at the branch of your choice. You will be greeted by a dedicated account manager who will guide you through the account opening process. They will be available to understand your needs, propose suitable solutions, and provide you with excellent service.

Savings account

  • 1 passport-sized photo
  • 1 Sonelec bill (invoice indicating your address and bearing your name) or a proof of residence
  • National ID card or Passport + Copy
  • Minimum initial deposit of 10,000 KMF

  • Recent payslip
  • Employment certificate

To open an account for your business activity, the following documents are required

  • Account opening request
  • Valid identification document of the account holder and/or authorized représentatives
  • Certified true copy of the company's statutes, issued within the last 3 months
  • Minutes of the company's meeting
  • Certified true copy of the commercial registry, issued within the last 3 months
  • Power of attorney designating the authorized representatives
  • Recent passport-sized photo of the signatories
  • Proof of address issued within the last 3 months (residence certificate or utility bill)
  • Email address

To open an account for an association, the following documents are typically required

  • Association statutes
  • Minutes of the association's creation meeting
  • Receipt issued by the prefecture confirming the establishment of the association
  • Minutes specifying the operational mode in accordance with the statutes
  • Valid identification document of the authorized representatives
  • Proof of address issued within the last 3 months (residence certificate or utility bill) of the authorized representatives
  • Email address
